Screw this!! So many screws! 4 drawers, 4 beers, and 136 screws later, I finally got to the bed frame. Thank goodness for my Milwaukee M18 impact driver , my engineering degree and beer to make the assembly a breeze given the lack of good instructions. Bed frame assembly is a snap but you will soon realize that you need a bunkie board or add your own slats to support the mattress because this bed comes with neither of those. Trip to Home Depot to buy lumber for custom slats and supports. Bed price went up by 50. In the end all worked out well. Takes up less space.
I have paid similar price for a solid wood bed, this is mainly pressboard and for looks. The drawers dont slide in and out without pushing all the way through, the wood is pressboard, but fairly easy to assemble for one person.
If youre planning to use this for the long haul, Id reconsider. very stable.
The bed looks great / the drawers arent on any kind of roller brackets so they move back and forth when you open and close them (for the price of the bed I guess thats what you get )
And you will need to buy extra wood support beams(like the other reviews mentioned) most mattress warranties arent valid without a box spring or some kind of flat support under it
So I had to buy some plywood and put it under the mattress. But overall so far its a nice frame for the price Simple to put together.
Product is Ok for the price. Ive had this bed for about a year and a half and am searching to replace it currently because the legs near the drawers have broken off and been reattached several times now. The footboard is also broken in half in the middle, as well as the support nearest the footboard. If youre using for only sleep and storage it will probably be fine, but if you want to participate in any other activities , it is not going to hold up.
My 16 year old son put it together almost entirely him self. He was better able to understand the directions. A battery power screw driver was a lifesaver. This item was correct.
Too many parts. Assembly is a pain. Im not sure whats more annoying. The fact that the description calls out for a box spring and even shows you an 8 box spring with a 9 mattress which looks great but in actuality, its too high OR the fact that nothing is labeled per the instructions. I ended up spending to have a handyman assemble it PLUS now I have to buy slats because my kid is using a chair to climb up her new bed. Be prepared to spend an additional 150 at a minimum. The 3 slats included are a joke considering the price. Im disappointed.

Thin, flimsy

Its not
I thought there would be missing pieces and/or poor quality. This bed will be around for a long time. Smart design.
Needs extra support wood beams

Guest Room Bed
Like the drawers and color of upholstery Well made just what I was looking for!
The drawers arent in rails, theyre free rolling under the bed
My 16 year old son put it together almost entirely him self. He was better able to understand the directions. A battery power screw driver was a lifesaver. This item was correct.
Be prepared to spend more!
