I ordered 3 sets of these chairs, after unboxing and assembling the first set, I quickly realized that I had made a mistake. The chairs were as described, but I misread it and they are just cheap plastic lounge chairs. I had been expecting something closer to Polywood sturdiness. These are definitely NOT that.
I reached out to to return the two unopened boxes, but the return shipping (not included) was to be $320 dollars which is half as much as I paid for them.
So now we have 6 cheap plastic lounge chairs.
After writing this review. Customer Support contacted me and provided a wonderful customer support experience. I have given them an extra star for this. They proactively cared that I was unsatisfied and went out of there way to make sure I had a better experience.
Even thought I was not satisfied with this particular product, I would buy other things from as they do know how to deliver great service.
Came earlier than expected. They are easy to assemble. I am not sure with the sturdiness. It said it can accommodate 300lbs so I guess they will be fine. They are perfect for our pool and we are excited to use them this weekend!
Visually, it was exactly what I expected. Nothing glamorous, but a means to tan the back of my legs.
I realized quickly Id need to get a cushion. No big deal- expected that. When I pulled up the back/head rest, so I could sit up on it, thats when my disappointment set in. It wouldnt stay upright, and the back/head rest piece actually popped out of the square fixtures it was placed in! Because I can still lay flat on it, and because I shredded the box opening it, I guess its mine for keeps. For $169 I expected much better quality. If I had to do it again, Id buy locally, so I could return it easily if needed.
One of my lounge chairs was cracked. We did not open and put together the chairs right away after purchase. When we did assemble and noticed the broken chair, it was past the return date. After sharing our complaint with the company, they stepped up and offered to send us a replacement. They not only sent the new chair, but they allowed us to keep the cracked/broken chair as well. I cant say enough about the high quality of care received and how hard they worked to rectify the problem. Well done! We will definitely use you again for future needs.
Super easy to assemble - no tools needed is definitely the selling point of these chairs. Not to mention, sturdiness, and clean lines. These chairs are aesthetically pleasing, and as you can tell, water resistant, which make me believe theyll last for a long time. I am extremely satisfied and will recommend these a million times over!
I'm writing this early on with the understanding that my comments can't possibly consider longevity. So, I hesitate to go crazy here because of that. But, the product is as advertised, is sturdy, and was easy to put together. Only time will tell how it weathers the weather, sun, salt air, etc.
This chair is very durable and comfortable. My original shipment was damaged by no fault of the seller and when I contacted them they sent me a new one and didnt make me
deal with the hassle of sending the other back.
The customer service team is incredibly friendly and the chair is fantastic

Beautiful Outdoor Lounge Chairs

The chair is lightweight and meets my expectations.
Chair is easy to move, lightweight. Easy to assemble, legs just slide right on. Comfortable.

Very well designed. Very easy to assemble. I just used a rubber mallet to secure the legs firmly.
