One of my lounge chairs was cracked. We did not open and put together the chairs right away after purchase. When we did assemble and noticed the broken chair, it was past the return date. After sharing our complaint with the company, they stepped up and offered to send us a replacement. They not only sent the new chair, but they allowed us to keep the cracked/broken chair as well. I cant say enough about the high quality of care received and how hard they worked to rectify the problem. Well done! We will definitely use you again for future needs.
