The shipping was super fast. The actual futon is very pretty and the perfect look for a modern look. The sturdiness is the only reason I would rate it a 4. It felt a little uncomfortable to be a main sofa for 2225lbs+ people. As a side seating area or just for a cute addition, it appears to be perfect. So keep this in mind if you plant to use it for strs and are over 225lbs. And the fast responses to all emails and customer service was on point too. I hope this helps. and came earlier than expected

It arrived on time, is well built, and is aesthetically pleasing on the eyes (we got the navy blue)! Super comfy and has many configurations. Can easily sleep one person on visits and for comfort. Very satisfied
I bought this for my nephew to sleep on when he came to visit. It was easy to put together. Very beautiful but way too hard to sleep on especially for an adult( which my nephew was) I tried to send it back but the seller wouldnt pay shipping so I got stuck with something Ill never use. Its still in the box in my garage.
This couch is honestly alot more comfortable than it appears. Ive used it as a lounge by separating the two halves that stand alone on their own. And all of the ajustment features on this couch are perfect for company. Super easy to put together. It comes in 2 separate boxes. There is alot of packing material that came with it. Take that how you may. Came in right on time in perfect condition. It is also very easy to clean. Reccomend for the first time couch buyer. looks beautiful in my entryway

Very easy to assemble and works for the space I have. Not sure that I would ever actually want to sleep on it though. Its pretty hard. The color is much darker than pictured, which I actually appreciated. But be aware, its almost a little hard to tell its green at certain angles. I doubt anyone will ever sit here, its mostly for aesthetic, so I am not as concerned about comfort. I would not want this to be my main living room seating option.
I am about 510 and I could lay flat while it was in futon mode. I think I did have my head on the arm part though. Im not dainty and it felt pretty solid both sitting and laying on it. This is awesome!
I am absolutely IN LOVE with this couch. Its a tad darker than the photos, but I also dont have the best lighting inside my Coach. I wanted more space, somewhere people could sleep when visiting and something to add a more Beautiful style. This sofa is perfect for all of that! Took less than 30 minutes to put together alone and came with to the point instructions. No reading 50 pages before you actually learn how to put it together. Great purchase and fast delivery! My Emerald Lady is one step closer to showing off her gorgeous glow up! product is worth the cost.
