This sofa isnt the most comfortable. It is very firm and it doesnt have a thick layer of memory foam. The cushions look fluffy but they arent and you cant remove them. If you end up wanting to return the sofa, its best to directly contact the seller through that way they could provide you with a prepaid shipping label because otherwise just provides you with a return label where you will have to pay for shipping. This sofa ships in 2 different boxes so ask for 2 labels. They have great customer service so thats why I still had a pretty good experience.
When I purchased this product and put it together one of the pieces attaching the couch arm to the couch broke off and there was a small hole in the fabric at the back of the couch. I was pretty disappointed about this considering the price I paid. When I emailed the customer service about these problems and asked for a full refund they were accommodating with this request. We were able to keep the couch and I can figure out a solution to the piece breaking. That as well as the refund made me overall happy with the couch. If you order this couch and there is a problem talking with the customer service is more than willing to make sure youre happy with the end result! Its so pretty
Within minutes the front leg broke on the left side. While we were waiting for a replacement the front leg broke on the other side. Seller responds but it takes almost 24 hrs each time. They replaced both cushions and now they do not line up properly when latched together. Its been almost a month of dealing with this and Im exhausted of it. Its so cute but the quality control is awful!!
The delivery:
This couch has been a bit of a journey. When I first got it delivered I realized I was only sent one half of it. I contacted the seller and they sent me the other half. When I finally got to assemble it I saw the couch legs were chipped and not in great condition. I know nobody will see the top of the legs but its nice to get items in the best condition possible.
Assembly: This couch was very easy to put together. Nothing tricky or weird.
Comfort: not the most comfortable by any means. Im hoping itll break in after sitting on it a few times. If I have a guests sleeping on it Ill most likely buy a mattress topper. As a 56 woman its a good size, but for anyone taller their feet will be dangling for sure! I will honestly probably buy an air mattress for guests.
Overall I really do like the look of it for the price. Just hopeful it will get more comfortable over time.But other than that it's nice
I love the color. Its very beautiful But its kind of small. And The back isnt really comfortable on your back because its low. Its the perfect couch for a tiny room or apartment. The leg broke but I think I can fix it.

Terrible Quality Control
