Was pleased with the quality of the construction and fabric. Loved the color and medallion print. Assembly was easy and took less than 30 minutes to do both chairs. Legs have adjustable caps on the bottom for leveling. These are not heavy duty chairs but sturdy enough for the price.
I like the style of the chairs and they were easy to assemble. Overall, the build of the chair looks stylish, BUT the color is horrific. I ordered grey and they are tan/beige with a hint of grey in the right light. Also, the legs are a 1990s bright fake cherry color. It may have looked okay 30 years ago, but that color of cherry is painful to look at. I ended up painting the legs with furniture paint to hide that eye sore. Do not buy these to match farmhouse, coastal, modern, or any other style...unless you're purposely going for a 90s retro look. They would look great to sit on while setting the clock on your VCR so you can record Saved by the Bell.
This is the second chair I have purchased- the first in April 2020 and it is used at my bedroom desk which works fine. Since working from home I spend a lot of time at my desk. Recently I setup an office in another room for a better office environment and I ordered another chair. It seemed to assemble easily but after 2 days of use, one leg has come loose and wont stay tightened.
Could be a one off product since other chair is good. Be careful. I will not likely buy again - seems chancy. I hope I dont have to replace this chair - not sure.
These chairs are striking, and receive many compliments! Setup was fairly easy (many reviews complained about it, but we didn't have any issues) and the they seem stable so far.

They are so easy to put together.
From 1-10 scale, 1 being easiest and 10 being difficult, they are a 1 for sure.
I dispise and dread putting furniture together, but these are as simple as it gets. It took me about 10 minutes to assemble each chair.
The seat cushions have just the right firmness..
The backs are the same firmness and the perfect height too.
Legs are a medium brown as pictured and arrived this time and last time with out a scratches or imperfections.
Hardware was in a small box that was in the larger box that the chair cushions and legs came in.
Delivery was on time.
The box they were shipped in arrived in excellent condition.
The box is quite large and heavy to move so those who aren't too strong may need some help getting it through your doorway.
One thing I was concerned about when ordering 2 more now was the color of these matching the ones I already had. The 2 that I already have were from 2019 and the new ones matched perfectly with those.
The light gray you see in photos is exactly what you get. They are beautiful.

I will most definitely consider ordering them again in the future if I need replacement for some reason or if I want different color chairs when I move in the future.
I just hope the velvet ones aren't discontinued anytime soon.
We ordered 3 packs of chairs (total 6), every package had one set of screws missing. So every time we ended up calling home parson customer service and then wait for a week for missing parts. One of the chairs didn't have a hole for the screw, so we called customer care again. Then asked to return the order, painful.
Chairs are good, strudy and comfortable, but not worth the trouble.
I hope Home Parson can improve their service and prevent unesccesssary trouble to customer.

Uneven legs
Ordered 6, all three sets has uneven chair legs so there is significant wobble on each chair.

Very nice but there are issues with a the craftsmanship one cushion was dirty
