It took my husband I under 2 hours to put this loft frame together with the help of our 9/year/old. Zero issues understanding the instructions, all the pieces were there, nothing was confusing at all. Super solid frame (not at all wobbly like other reviewers said / perhaps they didnt tighten down the bolts sufficiently). Has definitely opened up our middle childs bedroom a lot more given him loads of useable space under the loft. Glad we bought it. Great price. Highly recommend.
Bought this bed to save room. It has done just that. I would have given it a 5 star but one of the rungs has already broke and some others are loose. Now it has been a year since a purchased it and its for my 16 year old boy. He doesnt do anything cry when climbing up and down it just broke from normal wear and tear. With the one being broken it still doesnt take away from the safety of the bed. Also, the size of the latter rungs are thin to were it hurts his feet when climbing which makes him jump off most of the time. Overall good bed.

Scared for the safety of his little brother sleeping in another bed underneath. Braced it against the wall and padded the poles touching the walls (to protect from it banging against them). Added padding to the ladder which hurts his feet going up. Decent for the money. Would not buy again.
This thing is a monster! So I was able to build it myself within an hour. This thing apparently has a 200 lb weight limit. It seems like this is marketed toward younger folks but let me tell you guys. Im in my mid 20s and i weight around 150. I climb up this thing and yes it does shake a bit. At first I was worried. But after getting over those concerns I had my girlfriend stop by and we tested this thing out together. We weigh probably somewhere between 280 and 300 lb combined. This thing withstands anything we put it through! I will probably tighten up the screws regularly every month just for caution but I do feel very confident in the sturdiness of this product. Extremely pleased. Especially for the price!
This was exactly what I needed! My daughter and I sleep in the same room and I was able to tuck my full size bed and night stand under the loft. She loves sleeping on top and feels confident climbing up and down the ladder. The loft is very sturdy and I was able to put this together by myself in under 2 hours. Having an extra hand will make it easier but I like a challenge. I decided to go with the memory foam mattress to reduce bouncing and noise, which I feel was the best choice. The price was excellent, under 200, including the mattress. I could not have done any better, Thank you!
My package arrived today 1/8/19. I was able to assemble it by myself in 2 hours and 20 minutes. I appreciate the letters on the rails and the instruction manual was very clear. I am glad I read the reviews first before purchasing because I was going to get an Ikea Loft but I saw to many assembly issues. Pleased I went with this one. My son loves it.

Rungs on latter wearing out
