This bed is great! Please note that is comes in 2 boxes so make sure you get 2 boxes when the carrier drops off. I consider my husband and myself ikea furniture masters and this bed gave us a run for our money. You really do need two people to put it together and an electric screwdriver. Storage underneath is HUGE!!
I highly recommend this bed. I got the queen, grey velvet and its a perfect fit. All of my luggage and extra bedding fits under it and there is still room for more storage.
The instructions were very easy to follow and the assembly wasnt hard. It took me about 2.5/3 hours to assemble by myself.
My husband and daughter put this together for her room and he was really impressed by the materials and design of the bed. Shes very happy with it. She already had many gray decorations in the room, and the bed (gray linen) goes with everything.
If you purchase this product, it comes in two large boxes (labeled 1 of 2 2 of 2). Make sure you get both delivered.
The first delivery failed to deliver box 1 of 2. After speaking with customer service, they re/scheduled the delivery for two weeks later. The second delivery team nearly left without dropping off box 1 of 2 for a second time.
Additionally, some of the pre/installed brackets (on the two sideboards) of this product were not installed in the correct location. Double check these before you start assembling. Its a two second fix if you catch it early, but after getting half way through the build, its quite the pain to fix.
Once complete it seems like a solid product. Plenty of storage room and the lift mechanism works fantastic. Time will tell if it holds up.
It took around 4 hours and 2 people to assemble the bed / it required being very organized and following each step / I thought that there where some steps that could have between made in different order but thats just me. all in all the bed is super aming / extremely well made / my 9 year old son loves it / I am buying the queen size next for myself
I docked a star for assembly because it took a long time to assemble it, but otherwise its great. I can store a snowboard bag with all my gear, a small luggage, clothing, folded chairs and so forth. The hydraulics make it easy to lift up and I have a heavier than normal Queen mattress. Study and stays in place nicely.

The bed came extremely well packaged and labeled. Arrived on time and took less than two hours to assemble. Completely satisfied so far with it.

Absolutely adore this bed. I have a rather small room. The storage is phenomenal. The bed seems sturdy and has worked well with everyday use.
