I was shocked how hard this was to assemble. I finally had to get someone else to help and it took ab out 3 hours to make it work. If you are having trouble getting the side and back to slide in, I suggest going ahead and disassembling the seat and removing it first and then continue your struggle to install the side and the back. Once those are in place, then reassemble the seat. Once it was finally together, I realized how hard the surface is to sit onnot much cushion at all and feels more like sitting on a bench with a piece of material on it. I may end up letting this be an expensive pet bed. Would not buy again.
So my husband and I accidentally ordered this twice. Customer service was so nice and quick to respond. I was able to cancel my order and get a refund. My husbands order came in and its perfect for my office. Im 5 ft tall and can stretch out and read comfortably. Fairly easy to put together but it was definitely a two person job to line up the side pieces to screw them together.
Works well for my book nook I am creating, its a very slick material, I would not use it for a high traffic area as I think the buttons may not hold up well with lots of scooting off on the chair, be gentle getting up down and it shld last you a good while, also note dog hair wipes off really easy on this material.
I truly love this! It fits perfectly in my small apartment and looks aming! I was able to put it together myself. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, but I would suggest doing the middle bolt first as it gave me the most problems. The color is phenomenal and really pops. It firm and sturdy. I would definitely recommend this!
This was very easy to assemble. I feel its a great price for this piece. Its comfortable enough for me to lounge on and watch a movie. I did add my own pillows instead of using the lumbar pillow that it came with, just for more back support and comfort.
Needed a small couch for extra seating. Its a little smaller than expected. Its sturdy. The reason for 3 stars on assembly, the holes to put the back and side together did not line up and the pilot holes were drilled right through so the bolts provided couldnt hold them together.
