The company is aming to deal with. Giving 5 out of 5 because of their customer service I barely had the umbrella up for a few minutes when the top snapped, I sent a picture to the manufacturer and they were aming to work with, Right away the either offered full refund or a replacement, but i just didnt have time as my mother in law has skin cancer and needed an umbrella for the outdoors ASAP, so i had to get another one. The manufacturer mentioned they would refund me and for me to just throw away the umbrella that i had. Very efficient, and great customer service. Thank You!
I read the reviews and decided to go for it. It is huge, well made and gives my entire deck shade. It comes with canvas bags, buy play sand and fill the bags and place on base, that way the umbrella wont fly away. It even comes with a cover for the base so you dont see the bags of sand. I bought blue and and am very happy with it. Allows us to enjoy our deck.

I replaced it with one had for the 8 years. It fits perfect. No regrets.

Nice umbrella, recommend to lay it down if its windy out, even if its tied up and closed it can break.
