Title says it all/ even with a decent background in mechanics, this thing wasnt that intuitive to set up. Definitely feels like its missing screws in some parts (not helped by the fact that it doesnt come with instructions).

After conferring with the customer support team, they very quickly sent me another screw set with instructions. After reassembly, the bed was incredibly stable and comfortable to sleep on
It doesnt matter too much overall, but it does suck seeing that it came in with heavy scratching takes away from that new bed feel a little

Great shipping and everything was in the box! It only took me 45 minutes to put it together. I really like the wooden slats. They give more support that a thin metal strip. The 14 inch height is ideal for my needs in an spare bedroom, Good space under the bed for storage.
Bed frame was easy to put together and easily supports my weight. I did have issues with my mattress sliding around more than I liked, but I solved that with Futonland Futon No/Slip Strips.
We have no reference to compare it with other similar options, the previous bed frame was an all wood frame. But after about a year of use, the bed makes some squeaky sounds that can be fixed to an extent by moving the wooden slats in the frame every now and then. The bed frame overall is sturdy but we have not been able to permanently solve the problem of squeaky sounds.
Its been awhile since I assembled anything, so this took me awhile to figure out. I needed to replace one of the nuts because it wouldnt screw on all the way. Once done the frame was very sturdy and works well. I need to get some coasters for the legs, however, because the frame doesnt move easily on my carpet.

Came in with some scratchs on the frame, but bed holds up

Quality and sturdy.
Very good design with equally good instructions. A bit cumbersome using tools provided for assembly, but very easy with deep sockets.

Assembled it in a room that a conventional box could not get in. Made having a Queen size possible.
