Weve had this futon for a couple weeks now and here are some pros and cons:
1. The futon is long / good to accommodate a normal sized adult to lay down
2. The pads seem sturdy and not too soft
Cons:
1.when in the sleeper position the accommodated weight limit is only 250 and when its open the back side is completely unsupported
2. We hear occasional sounds from under the pad that sounded like the seams were busted open / but we havent checked under the futon cover could be a concern for later on
Overall, for the price, I wish it could be better but I guess you get what you paid for
The couch is great! I got it for around 400 before they jumped the price. I honestly would not spend any more than that. It is fairly firm, but comfy enough with some pillows. Cat hair is able to be removed really easily with just my hand. Overall, great couch for a couple hundred, but not worth much more than that.
I ordered the color, it is very accurate to the pictures. Keep in mind it is a futon, so if youre expecting a super sturdy sofa, this isnt it. But it is very comfy, and looks great! Assembly was pretty straightforward, and not very difficult.
This couch was a little tricky to put together, but overall, it wasnt too bad, especially for how comfortable it is! The color is perfect and I cant believe how nice it is to sit on. My 50 lb German Shepherd puppy loves it too! You defiantly need two people to put this couch together.

Ordered early Sunday morning and was delivered early Tuesday morning. It was well packaged with no damage to the package. Easy to put together, you just screw on legs and attach the arm rests which are enclosed under the seat. It is definitely heavy but I had to get it up three flights of steps.i needed help with this. I love the color, it is definitely very firm but I dont mind. It fits perfectly in my small space. Im very pleased the legs are wooden and not plastic, including the two support legs in the middle.
Simple straight forward assembly though pay attention to the legs as they are angled and youll want to get the right direction. Its firm yet comfortable and sturdy. Can be unboxed and assembled in about an hour. The toughest part is disposing of the cardboard box when youre finished.
THIS futon is the best it is very comfortable to sleep on and I am very happy I got this!!!!
For those in a studio apartment, one bedroom apartment, two bedroom apartment or even your home where company stays this futon is very soft and very easy to clean!
It wasnt that difficult to assemble (unlike my dresser I got from somewhere online I got it 3 weeks ago and I cant even figure out the assembly / I need a handyman lol) but this futon was very quick to assemble my Mom and I finished it in 1 day and 1/2 hr to assemble.
Even my cat approves of it if hes this comfy!
I ordered this couch in grey velvet but it definitely looks a bit to me. The color is not what it looks like in the pictures. Otherwise, the couch is fine.

Comfy and easy to assemble
