Kittens love it. Easy to assemble took about 30 minutes. Good quality heavy enough to keep from tipping over. This is the second product I have of this brand both have held up well.

I dont know how long itll last due to the in/line size my kittens will be when they grow up, but they absolutely love it. It was easy to put together and its sturdy! I recommend
Be sure to measure the length of your animal you are buying it for. I thought I had. Was wrong. It is too small for my cat. It just sits there. She tries to get in it and can, but is curled up in a ball and doesnt like it. So she never stays more than a minute.
After moving into a new apartment, I quickly realized that my cat companion, Toshiro, need a place/space he could call his own (as if a cat does quickly claim many spaces and places!) Previously I had wooden boxes and crates of differing heights, but that was unworkable in my new smaller space. So I ordered this multi/level hang out for him!
When it cam in a large flat box, with 20 parts and lots of screws, I was overwhelmed as my engineering skills are quite limited. But I persisted! About 90 minutes later, I succeeded in building something that looked like the picture Put it in the patio, and in the space of a few days of sniffing and exploring, he is using it daily, and seems quite content being The Lord of his own castle!
The cat tree is solid, was easy to assemble, and my kittens like it. One of the pads for on top of the cubby boxes was defective as received. I emailed the address (an unprofessional gmail address) requesting a replacement / that was a week ago and so far my request was ignored. Hopefully the unit wont need any other parts because apparently they are unavailable.
Great looking tower. All pieces in box, no damage to anything piece. Every piece is nicely labeled and even came with tools to put together. Wasnt postiive about how sturdy it would be, definitely sturdy enough for a 14 lb cat, and a 50 lb kid that i found sitting on it this morning! Our cat loves it, cozied right up to the top and took a nap. Very sleek, nice looking product.
Cats love it! Nice medium size tree for smaller or teenage cats. I have two full grown siamese and they are too big for the box holes. They still can get in them and sleep but they look like the are cramed in there. Easy to assemble
