For someone who never usually assembles any type of furniture themselves, this was very easy to put together and took less than 30 minutes. I ordered during the coronavirus so I got two separate packages that were like a week apart so it was a little irritating waiting for the second package but understood during these cry times. Very cute and comfy! It is very firm though, which I like. I wish I knew how to add a photo because I have it set up very cute.
This is a wonderful couch for the price. It arrived in two boxes. It was easy to assemble. The selling company kept in regular communication for the exact delivery day which was super helpful and great support. It shipped much more quickly than I expected considering that Im in a shelter in place area for the coronavirus. As mentioned by other people the cushions are more on the stiff side but I find that helpful because super soft squishy stuff does not give good back support if you have body soreness. I used an ottoman that I already had but you can buy a matching one if you prefer. I simply had one of the right size already and didnt care that the material and color arent a match.
This couch is good for the money. We have noticed after a few months of use now the seats go flat very fast. We have to constantly rotate the cushions around. Also the back piece seems to have bend on mine making the back lean further than it was suppose to. Overall its not a bad couch, just get what you pay for.

It comes in 2 packages that arrive separately (1 day apart for me). Really easy to assemble. I used my steamer to remove the wrinkles from the cushions. The long cushion is much harder than the rest.
I got the box delivered to me and opened it up and found that I was missing pieces and instructions. I emailed them and they got back to me right away. Turns out that FedEx had only dropped off 1 of the 2 boxes and only one tracking number was sent out. I was assured that it would come in the next 2 days, and it was delivered the next day. What I really liked about this experience was that although there were some hiccups, the seller addressed them promptly and even attached a copy of the instructions in the email. Once I knew that they knew there was an issue and that they would resolve it, everything was fine. The youtube video is a nice addon touch that makes it a littler easier, and the entire couch was assembled in 30 minutes tops. All parts and instructions were there and I am VERY happy with the quality of the product and ever more happy with the customer service. If you have a small living room like I do this couch is PERFECT and very comfortable. A good investment for the price.
The couch came in 2 boxes which was annoying for me to bring up from the lobby of my apartment but actually worked out better with fitting through my door! The cushions need about 24 hours to not be super squishy but the longer you leave them the better they are. This couch is super comfortable and sturdy!
I am so pleased with this company and couch. After having the couch for about 8 months, a piece broke on the bottom. quickly sent replacement parts and the couch is good as new. Will definitely be buying from them again. Thanks !
What I loved about this was the ease of putting it together. It came in two big boxes that were left on my doorstep (bottom floor) and were easy sliding in to the apartment and unpacking. There is a stick wedged into one of the parts, and was a little tough pulling out but its only there to keep the sections from shifting or becoming damaged after packing and delivery. It took about an hour or so (with a few breaks) putting it together and I am older with significant physical limitations, so Id say it would be easy and much quicker for the average person to do. The big disappointment is that I ordered but received blue. Sending it back would have been far too difficult for me to do and would have put me back in dire need of couch. It is comfortable for those who like firmness, and indeed it is a couch, but probably more suitable for shorter people than someone near or over six/feet tall. It fits me perfectly and I love that the chaise/ottoman can be used right, left, or center.
Forgot to mention the back sections being a bit tough going in. There are two pieces, one large, one small. The brackets must line up and slide in at proper angle. If this isnt done, the back will flop down. As someone else mentioned, this couch is better off against a wall but could work just about anywhere if treated with care.
