I love the product but one of the chairs seat adjustment lever is not working. There seems to be a part missing which the other chair had. Is there any way to receive the replacement part so we do not have to return both chairs as one chair is completely fine. Or what would be the appropriate method to handle this. I tried looking for an email but could not find.
I really like these stools. Only thing is they dont seem extremely sturdy and theyre very lightweight so they can be easily moved around by my toddlers. Overall though, I like them!
I was slightly worried about buying these seeing a few reviews of messed up material, but they arrived perfectly in shape and were super easy to assemble. They are comfortable and easy to clean. I bought 2 sets (4 total). Ive had them for about 8 months with no wear and tear and I plan on keeping them for time to come
