I love the product but one of the chairs seat adjustment lever is not working. There seems to be a part missing which the other chair had. Is there any way to receive the replacement part so we do not have to return both chairs as one chair is completely fine. Or what would be the appropriate method to handle this. I tried looking for an email but could not find.
