No problem as the chair came undamaged and fresh. It is real wood (not light) and the upholstery quality is good. Assembly took about 1 hour, but the manual is easy enough to understand. Rocking angle is not as wide but it fits well for nursery. Good looking chair and do recommend!
This chair looks nice, it is not terribly uncomfortable, but I would not call it comfortable either. shorter people will need an ottoman to put their feet on. I think it puts you at a weird angle like just a tad leaning too far back like lets say it leans you back at a 125 degree angle and i think 110/115 would be more comfortable if that makes sense. Note that this product has formaldehyde and VOCs it is not really nursery friendly.
and a note on the assembly. They have their instructions labeled a bit backwards, they have left and right labeled as if you are looking at the chair (which is wrong) not how it should be. so pay more attention to the label of front and back, and it should be the correct way to attach the legs. I noticed before buying this others had issues, saying that the chair pitched forward if it pitches forward you have it backwards, just flip it around.
For the price this chair is aming! Took some time to assemble but the way they require it to be assembled is very thorough and makes it so no hardware is visible. Chair is very comfortable but it is harder, which works for us. Overall, the quality is fantastic!
I love this chair. I was looking for a rocking chair thats convenient for small space. I bought the chair for use through my pregnancy. I loved the way it made me relax. Its so comfortable. I will be using this for feeding my little one too.
I am providing 3 stars because I still have hope in the value of this chair based on previous reviews. I purchased this chair as a nursery rocker. I have yet to assemble it however I am alarmed by the poor packaging and handling. The box is basically in shreds in different areas and hardly taped appropriately. I have never had such a poor package show up at my house. This is not a cheap item and I took time to research the perfect chair! This is completely unacceptable! I really hope that the chair is good quality.
Beautiful chair, versatile and easy to style in any nursery. Great quality, will be interested in how it holds up after frequent use. Also will definitely need a pillow for back support!

Wish they wouldnt put the specs for the ottoman on the page for the chair, this does not come with.
