My son loves this bed. Fairly easy to assemble. Not too high (great for the apartment) but with ample space beneath. The only issue is that we havent had it for very long and its already getting very squeaky, which is not only irritating but also gives me concerns for how long it will actually hold up.
Set it up on my own on Friday in about 2 hours. Havent seen my kid since. He climbs out to eat once in a while then right back in. If he goes feral at least hell be comfortable.

Its good! I have a queen bed under it/ sticking out straight. The handle bars to go up are very thin and uncomfortable on your feet but none of my kids have complained.
Yes, the Trundle bed came in a fair number of parts, however, everything went together effortlessly. It took less than an hour to leisurely assemble the unit. It has proven to be very sturdy and easy to use.

Delivery was great, easy to put together. My son is on the hefty side and it works great. I do need to secure it to the wall.
On the downside. The stairs are a little difficult to climb and u need to climb over the highest rail.
As advertised. Threads on 2 bolts were stripped, however they had included more than enough extra bolts that it wasnt a problem.
Only thing I would change would be to have a lower set of bars above the ladder to make it easier yo climb into.
