Great bed! Easy to put together. The wood is nice not cheap looking. Only complaint would be the picture is deceiving with the trundle, trundle is not included although picture looks like it is. But we still slide the twin mattress under and it works out just fine.
Twin XL 6 mattress is required for the top bunk. If you get the trundle, it takes a regular twin 6 mattress. The top bunk slats do not go from end to end which leaves a space where little feet and legs could surely slip through. So, we removed the slats and replaced them with a piece of plywood. screwed that down and all is well. The trundle wheels screws split the wood so, I had to repair the first one with glue and then used slimmer screws for the rest of the wheels. Time will tell whether or not the wheels will hold up. The trundle will only get occasional use so, it should be ok. I do like that the trundle can be rolled just about anywhere and I will use furniture leg floor protectors to keep the bed in place when its in use. Since this set up is for our grandkids it wont be used on a daily basis. So, it will probably last as long as we need it to. I dont think this setup would hold up to much more. Again, time will tell.
Solid piece of furniture for the price! WARNING: The top bunk is only rated for 150 pounds! It is held in place by four wooden pins and four screws. I do believe that the 150 pound rating is correct. Looks great. Assembles easily. Please take it slow. Correct assembly determines how sturdy your bed is! I did not install the ladder because I placed the headboard and the foot/board in the wrong place (they are identical). After two nights the thing felt like it was going to collapse!! Even though it was a pain, dis/assembly and reassembly solved the problem. ASSEMBLY IS NOT IDIOT PROOF! Please take your time putting it together! Get two people, grab some pizza and soda, make it a party!! If this bed fits your needs then I say BUY IT!! Oh, mine DID NOT come with the trundle.

Picture kind of deceiving because trunnel is sold separately. Other than that the bed is nice.
Have piece of thin plywood on bottom with Memory foam mattress and works great.

Ok ,Not so strong ,and bottom drawers you have to buy again ! If you need it.If you dont buy it,you can get a lot of storage space under your bed .
