This rating is for and their customer service. I bought this set a month ago because I travel a lot for work. Ive used the 24 piece twice and as you can see from the picture the rubber piece broke off, leaving 2 screws sticking out. This is not accessible from inside the luggage. is not standing by their product and offered me a $20-partial refund, a $30-partial refund, and then a $40-partial refund. Finally I called the Customer Service, and will receive a full replacement set. It shouldnt have even been necessary to call , should have done this very thing.
