I've only had the large one for a round trip flight so far, but it held up great. For the insane value you're getting, it doesn't have to even last that long for it to be a good value compared to the brand-name stuff, but based on my inspection of the case it should last a good while.
Exactly what I wanted - light weight - 4 casters/4 wheels - and without all the extra pockets etc. that I don't use. I brought the orange color (tired of searching for my luggage when coming off of a cruise). Now no problem identifying my bags.
Update 2 (12/9/21): Coollife has been trying to contact me by phone for 5 or 6 days and I finally got around to answering while they were calling. They decided to refund me another $50 on top of the other $50 they originally refunded due to my 1 star review. I have updated the review to 4 stars because they could have just originally given me the $70 I had asked for to replace the suitcase 2 weeks ago. The 4 star update is because they have remedied the situation, but it should not have taken this long.

Update: has partially mended the situation, but I think more could have been done. They offered a refund of $40 due to the time and hassle of sending me a replacement bag, but a new comparable suitcase from cannot be purchased for less than $90 dollars. I asked for a refund of $70 to offset buying a new suitcase from.
I originally paid $180 for the set of 3 suitcases, but they said the max refund if $50 which is less than a third of the total cost for three. I asked about the replacement process and they gave me a link to a suitcase they could send me that was $109, but I could not guarantee arrival before I go on my next vacation this week.
Keeping my review at 1 star partially for the product breaking during the second trip out having it less than two months. Also because more could have been done from a warranty standpoint because if it was a year old, I can understand $50, but less than 3 months should have been a full refund or the replacement options shouldn't have sounded like such a hassle for them.

On only the second trip since we bought the luggage almost exactly two months ago to the date, the handle on the mid size suitcase snapped from the shell. Had no issues on the first trip, but on this trip we were just carrying it up stairs and it broke off.
I have purchased three sets of luggage in total and this is the first one I have had issues with. I hope Honors their warranty and replaces it asap as I have another trip coming up soon on December 3rd and will need it.
We picked this set up for a cruise, and to use at conventions later. It is the 4-piece, sky blue set. It got here on time and everything was packed very well, no dents or scuffs. We unlocked and unzipped everything, tested the wheels, everything is great.
A couple of things could improve it. The instructions on the TSA lock were on two cards. Only one had the description of how to reset the lock(?) on the left side of the mechanism. This card is light blue with white writing, which is harder to read. Our suggestion is to put this information on any card with the instructions and make it in black lettering so it's easily read.
Other than that, the set is awesome and we can't wait to use it.
I used the smaller cases a few times and didnt have an issue. I used the large case and it cracked on first use. I dont know how to get a hold of help to rectify, but if someone could reach out and assist I will change my review.

Edit- I got in touch with the seller, Cool Life, and theyre sending me a brand new case. Its hard to find retailers who care nowadays and this is awesome to have someone who takes care of problems. Greatly appreciate Michaels assistance getting this rectified!
This set has such bright vibrant yellow color! Its perfect for when I travel. I love not having to worry that other people will mistake my bags for theirs. Getting this luggage set was incredibly well worth it! Shipping also delivered right on time! Its a super lightweight set! Even the biggest case is still light. I live that all the cases can condense together like nesting dolls. The wheels are 360° so you can push, pull, slide and glide your way around the airport terminals. The handles are another wonderful thing about this set, theyre incredibly wrong and sturdy. The top handle comes out nice and easy, pushing it back in is just as easy. The shell of the case is very durable and can definitely handle the rough transport that airports put your suitcases through. You might get a scratch or a scuff her and there but its no big deal for these cases! The zippers never get stuck, the zippers are easy to grab onto as well. The code lock is amazing! The instructions on how to set it and reset it are incredibly easy to understand and follow! I love how you put the zippers themself into the lock to add extra security! If youre searching for a new luggage set, look no further!!
My first suitcase purchase as an adult and I am 100% satisfied with this set. I have used each different suitcase on different occasions and they have all completed the job. I have also received a lot of compliments on the set. Definitely a go.
