Good cabinet pretty solid but some particle board hate the back panel being cheap mainly cardboard like directions are just pictures no words or instructions several parts werent labeled on pictures directions cost us couple of extra hours in assembly time
This cabinet was extremely well crafted. It came accurately predrilled, and although there were many pieces to put together, everything was perfectly aligned and came with decent instructions.
This cabinet took time to put together, but by taking my time and reading all directions, all drawers and door closures lined up and I couldn't be more pleased!!!
Regarding their customer service, I had a delivery issue with one of the cabinets, and contacted me almost immediately to fix it. I was very pleased with their speed and eagerness to make everything right.
Delivery was quick, no problems or defects to note.I was able to assemble this during my 2 year olds nap. It is not complicated, I only needed help at one point and that was attaching the top and bottom sections (needs a degree of precision lining up the dowels and screws). Other than that, assembly and placement is a one person job. Comes with hardware to prevent tipping.
My only negative is that it doesnt come with wood glue. This product uses a lot of wooden dowels, I ended up buying some wood glue for this.
Overall for what is on the market in this style of pantry (2 cabinets with drawer combo) this was a good price for what I got. Others makes and models are higher priced and maybe better quality or a different color or veneer but with quality and budget in mind this was a good deal at the price I paid.
I added child safety locks on the cabinets and on the latch on the drawer as well, which is why the drawer sticks out a fraction of an inch in the photo. I could fix the lip by attaching a thin strip of wood to the inside of the drawer. I havent decided if its worth the effort or not.
It has a crack in the back corner, but not noticeable against the wall.
The doors are a little uneven, and doesn't exactly line up with the magnet to hold them close.
But if you can get over that, it's really a nice piece for the price.

I put this together myself pretty easily although when putting top part on the bottom it really is a two person job . Magnets to keep door closed are not super strong but do the job if you close them all the way. Doors were a little uneven because of my floor not being level but I just put some cut out cardboard pieces under the one corner and it fixed the doors.
I've never had such a difficult time putting together a piece of furniture. The directions are horribly written - if you are not handy or do not have someone who is, you're gonna have a hard time doing all the guessing the manual expects you to do. NONETHELESS - very nice piece of furniture.

After, reading the other reviews I feared what might arrive. However, no chips, put together by my husband and 13 year old grandson in two hours. No warps, no misalignment, all screws and dowels present, and all hardware accounted for. The boxes were banged up, so I was scared what would be inside, but packed with Styrofoam and well protected. It looks great. I don't like the cardboard back, but it's ok. I put all the garden canning I did in the top half, and the shelves have not sagged. The bottom is for canning supplies and I would order it again. Because of the way the hinges are installed, you can leave them off and not tell. Would make a great microwave stand.

Great unit! Plenty of storage space. Very sturdy once built. I would suggest 2 people during assembly as some parts are difficult alone.
