Took a gamble ordering this based upon some of the reviews. I prepared myself for what I was going to receive - cheap, particle board furniture. And thats what it is. BUT, its nice especially for the price!! Only took my husband and I about 2 hours to assemble and we are not very savvy with assembling furniture. Instructions were easy to understand. We ordered 3 more in the darker color for our garage. Very pleased especially for the price.
Didnt know that all the nails that I thought were meant for the back support board were also supposed to be used for the bottom of the drawers. Also the drawers and the doors were a little off but I tried my best to readjust. The drawers however were a lot harder to adjust once the nails were in. You have to be very careful and very precise to make everything fit right. I would recommend paying the extra money for a professional…you will thank me ;)
The price is hard to beat, and for how cheap it is, the product is great. It is fairly unsturdy, and the doors are quite flimsy, but, again, the price is worth it. We are using ours in the kitchen as extra pantry space, so we dont have heavy items in there, but I dont think it would do well for anything heavier.
Its a nice looking cabinet, but some of the boards were so thin they were bending drastically as I was putting it together. I dont know how much we should put in it so it doesnt break.
Just what I needed for the living room to store jackets, dog stuff and odds and ends. I have assembled a few cabinets. The instructions are good and easy to follow. All the parts and hardware are identified. Didnt have any problems but the doors can be tricky. You need to attach the door with 2 screws top and bottom and close the door to make adjustments if needed. Keep closing the door after each screw. It will make the adjustments easier. The quality is good for the price and looks great! I am very happy with this cabinet.
The cabinet was very easy to put together and is very spacious. We ordered it to use a storage cabinet for our family's board games, so I did not install the hanging bar. There is a ton of space in the cabinet and the drawers. I definitely recommend.
This was a good item to order. I was alittle concerned while reading some of the comments but decided to take a chance as I have order products before. Glad I did. My husband and I got this together in about 3 hours. It's perfect for what I needed it for.
