So I read all the bad reviews of this sofa about missing parts, pieces not matching up, and weak framing and went ahead and took a chance. Mine had no missing parts or assembly issues. The support piece for the front of the seat is a low grade ply strip that was already starting to split, so I replaced it with some 1/2 inch pine board and some thicker screws that I had laying around. Hopefully, this will keep me from falling on my butt. Fairly comfy if you like a firmer seat, and it looks good. For a 400 sofa I think its a good deal if you get a good one with all the parts matching up and maybe fix the support. Time will tell!
Put chairs together by myself // it is doable with one person. Purchased the off white chairs and they look and seat fantastically. I was worried about shipping time, but got the chairs in 3 days. I would recommend // great quality and style for the price.
Easy to assemble without hearing the boyfriend using a litany of swear words! Very comfortable just wish the seat was about 2 inches deeper. Very comfortable for napping!

Couch is great once assembled. Instructions are crap. Recommend reding ahead on the directions to save yourself a headache and a slew of cusswords.
If you are looking for comfortable this is not the right product
