This is 100x better than the coil spring that came with the sofa. I didnt feel the bar through the and no problem closing the sofa. I love the nice cover that came with it too. I really cant speak to durability because I just received it, but it looks like it will hold up well. Its only used when my grandkids come to visit for spring break, so it doesnt get heavy usage. Highly recommend and worth every penny.
Very difficult to open. Once you get it open, but before you take off the second wrapping, youll find a nice letter opener thingy. I would recommend packing that OUTSIDE the wrapping! It would make things easier.
Product as described. Required at least 48 hours to expand since it comes packed tightly rolled up. Surprisingly comfortable for a thin ! A bit big for our sofa bed but maybe we needed a twin instead of a full, it sticks out at the end a bit. Nonetheless it folds easily and no problem storing it back in the couch.
