I dont usually write reviews like this but I felt I either needed to delete the request or supply an honest review. The is nicely made and we liked the write up but we received it the item and took it out of box to see if it fit our needs it did not truly do what the description said to 5 minutes. Was never used by us we just returned it to the plastic bag but could not roll to put in shipping box.
Contacted customer service for help many times and could never get the assistance needed. They say they will take a return in their description but you better be ready to work hard to accomplish return. I am sorry this review is on customer service not product. They need to rethink the write up.
I wish I had found this years ago! The coil provided with the Jennifer Convertible sofabed has always been uncomfortable. As soon as I put this on the bed, it was unbelievable. Amingly comfortable: you dont even feel the supporting metal bars!
I was a little spectacle about buying it used but I really needed it and didnt had a lot of money, it came sealed in a box and when I opened it you could never guess it was used. Maybe it was a return. Great quality, very comfortable and soft and the best thing the cover is removable so i can wash it
Bought this product to replace an old sofa sleeper . Packaging and delivery up to standard, received within a few days. I expected the to have a strong odor, but it was a delicate smell, not overpowering. The is exactly the size as advertised and very comfortable. It was worth the price.
Not 4.5, 3.5/4 MAX. fits well and no problem folding up in sleeper couch. Be sure to measure before your order, and make sure the correct size is ordered.
My first night sleeping on this and I love it! Very comfortable. Not too hard, not too soft. I have had to sleep on our sleeper sofa for a while now and it was so uncomfortableif you have ever slept on a sleeper sofa you know what I mean. But this does the trick! First sound sleep I have had in a long time. I highly recommend this .

Very comfortable and great replacement for Jennifer Convertible sofabed
