This is surprisingly (and incredibly) comfortable! My only wish is that is was 2/3 inches wider, as it does not fill out the metal framework of the sofabed itselfso unfortunately allows for body parts to bang against the sides of frame.
The was easy to place although it was an inch or two larger all around. The sofa bed is for surprise overflow guests. 1000 more comfy than the original! Plus, the seating on the couch is much more comfortable due to the new providing padding the old did not. We had a dozen guests for Thanksgiving and the consensus was a resounding 100 positive on the new sofa feel. Thanks! A very positive investment.
First it is very comfortable and thick. Our old sofa was thinner and you could feel the metal bars in your back when trying to sleep. Secondly it is a little bit bigger so it fits over the frame so you dont feel the frame when you sit down on the bed. Thirdly, we received it very quickly. We are very happy with this new and so are our guests. Pricing is great, too.
Purchased this for my sofa bed which needed an upgrade. Bought the correct size Queen but the that came with the sofa originally was a little wider. So I wish this one had two more inches on the sides. With that said, it is super comfortable, way better than what I had, fits perfectly when you fold up the bed into the couch. Expanded immediately and my son slept on it that night to try it out and said it was comfortable. Didnt smell at all, not sure what happened with the other reviewers that complained about the smell. Thank God we are very happy with it, otherwise not sure how I would get it back in the box. Gave it 4 stars because of the width only, really wished it was just a tiny bit wider

Not just a far/improved , the couch is much more comfortable, as well.

Sleeping much more comfortable
I can not believe how much more comfortable this was compared to the basic spring . Definitely worth the price. Fits back in couch! Im amed.

Nice but could be better
Delivery was quick. was better than original; however, fell short of expectation. I think a 5 would be better.

The is fine for a short time. It is not a queen size as stated. Short 3 inches on each side.
