I m expecting in a couple of months, and it took me forever to find a rocking chair that was pretty, reasonably priced, appeared comfortable, and had a tall enough back so I could rest my head. This is it! This chair arrived this morning, looks beautiful in my nursery, and I can lay my head back, or to the side if I want to nap while nursing or putting down for a nap. I m 5ft 6 and 7 months pregnant and fit in it perfectly fine. It s not the most comfortable in the world, but definitely not uncomfortable by any means. Perfect balance of comfortability and beauty. Very easy to put legs on; I did it myself in about 5 minutes. I have it on thick carpet, and it rocks enough to rock a .. just ensure you put the legs in the right direction to get the full range of motion. I m happy with my purchase!
A bit challenging to put together.
It took me a good hour and some to put together, but I did put it together alone so I know this didn t help. The last two holes to connect the back to the arms was the most Challenging part for me. Follow the instructions to keep the other screws loose at first and it will be so much easier!!!
The color is beautiful. The material is really nice. It s a tad bit hard to rock on carpet, but I still love it. Glad I purchased this!
