The delivery service was again a repeat of FedEx failing. Had I known the chair was going to be delivered by FedEx I would ve passed and shopped elsewhere. Three days of no show. Six calls to support got me nowhere. Asked that the chair be set on my covered porch and was found sitting in my lawn.
We had an issue with our chair and unfortunately the product didn t work out for us. We contacted the seller and they were wonderful and quick to respond with a solution. Giving five stars for customer service, under different circumstances this product would be wonderful.
