It is larger than expected but comfortable, needs a lumbar pillow. The color is accurate. I have it in my work office and had to purchase a 15 minute timer, the staff love it and will take their break in my office. I would purchase this again.
When I first saw it unassembled, I must admit I was worried. It looked stiff and unforgiving. I was very wrong. We have to take turns sitting in it as it s became the best seat in the house!
Have been using this rocking chair in the babies room for 7 months now. Great chair for pumping and bottle feeding! Really comfortable and yes, the bottom cushion is firmer but not uncomfortably so. You re not sinking in and having to readjust yourself like other chairs. It s not a cushy reclining chair to watch tv in I m 5 9 and heavier, my husband is 6 4 and heavier and it s been very sturdy for us. Material is soft and nice and wood bottom has a nice modern finish to it. Both are showing no signs of wear and tear. Highly recommend. Only complaint is the strong chemical smell upon opening, it took at least a full week to air out.
I also found this exact chair on other websites looking for more reviews before purchasing and by far had the best price. I saw other people paying $100 s more.
This rocker is exactly what I wanted. It is a very good looking, comfortable rocker. It is well made and all parts fit precisely together.
This is not a complaint, but the rocker is not a super strong rocker. If you want a sturdy hard wood rocker then you should buy an Amish made one for 500-700 dollars. But if you want a good functional, occasional rocker, this is it. It is easy to assemble and mistake proof.
I have one suggeston before you begin assembly. Buy a longer handle Allan wrench and some liquid nails. Take the wrench that is included with your rocker to your local hardware store and buy a longer handle wrench and a good Phillips screwdriver. Yes you can assemble the rocker with the included tool but I think you will be much better off with better tools (the allan wrench and phillips screwdriver), and adding some glue where the parts go together.
I do not think this rocker will handle very heavy people, say over 225 lbs. Yes it will hold them but any continued rocking or shifting weight I think will be damaging. I am not an engineer but if you look at my photos you will see that the back of the rocker is the weak link. The back portion is already weak from the hole for the leg and therefore is prone to breakage at that point.
With all that said I think this rocker is a very good deal and I am 100% pleased with mine. I recommend this for anyone who wants a good looking functional rocker. It will add a nice touch to your porch or patio.
Assembly was ok , overall the chair it s self is nice goes well in the bedroom space I needed it for , comfortable, rocking is easy wish the back was a bit higher but overall it is a nice chair
We love this chair! It was very easy to assemble and very comfortable. I only dont give it 5 stars bc it started to creak a bit about a month on use. It still very sturdy. My daughter loves climbing and rocking onto and it is perfect for rocking my little one.

A great rocker for your garden or porch

Could have used a tool to help drive the screws, but assembly was still easy.

Rocking in style!
Follow instructions not difficult to assemble. Accented with black buffalo plaid rugs on deck. We are very pleased with the rockers.
