Very good customer service, only 2 box came initially, contacted, next day box 3 was shipped. Assembled the product, looks good, took only 2 hours to assemble the whole set. More review to come after I start using it exclusively.
This is a darling porch couch for a small space. (not showing all pieces) Very cozy and sturdy. It was very easy to put together and Im impressed with the quality for such an affordable price!
Took about an hour to build with my 10 year old son, not difficult to build. Best I could find online for something larger than a loveseat but under 250. Came with instructions and replacement braces that fit just fine, no modifications needed. Ordered the 18th, received the 21st, even though it wasnt expected until between the 25th and 30th.
It will do the job. We like it and will probably order a second set to wrap around a large patio. That said, I was hoping for slightly better cushions.
Ive had my eye on this couch for a while due to the great price and the fact that I can lay down while elevated. It wasnt hard to put together, once you do one you know how to do the rest. It is very comfortable and we love it.
