Took about an hour to build with my 10 year old son, not difficult to build. Best I could find online for something larger than a loveseat but under 250. Came with instructions and replacement braces that fit just fine, no modifications needed. Ordered the 18th, received the 21st, even though it wasnt expected until between the 25th and 30th.
