Assembly was good, the only drawback is the round caps dont fit on well, so theyre easy to knock off if you bump into one. My only other issue is that I ordered bronze but received the off-white. We needed the bed immediately, so didnt bother with an exchange. I do think the value of this bed is good.
When I got this bed The Who box was broken then when I start to put everything together I see the paint coming off and to make it worst it comes to a part when you building the trundle and two pieces dont fix on it. Those balls keep move Im over this bed
The instruction is very clear, and easy to follow. All the tools and hardwares are provided. The metals are sturdy and strong, also light weight.

I bought this trundle/day bed to go in a common area in our house that is decorated western/native American. Rather than change the deco. I chose the bronze Metal. It took 2 of us about 1 1/2 hours to put it together. It was not as easy as we thought but it is very sturdy and worth the time. We purchased 2 10mattresses (in a box) and they work fine. Do not go over 10and if you plan to use a thick comforter you then should go 8on the bottom. I love the look in our room and the bed was a great value and meets our needs.

Easy assembly and quite sturdy. My fingers did get sore from pushing in the plastics anchors. Well worth the money and lovely daybed!
