Unacceptable condition

I received this trampoline in an unacceptable condition. The packaging was torn, and several parts were scratched and dented. It looked like a returned item.

Incomplete set

The trampoline arrived missing several key components. I had to spend additional time and money to get the missing parts shipped to me.

Faulty components

Several components of the trampoline were faulty, including the springs and the zipper on the enclosure. This is unacceptable for a product of this price.

Unstable frame
