In October 2021, we upgraded to this trampoline from another brand, and the quality difference is remarkable. Our kids and the neighborhood practically live on it. But around August 2022, the net started sagging due to constant pulling. Despite this, the net itself remained in great shape. We reached out to the seller for assistance, and their prompt response and excellent customer service truly impressed us. They quickly provided a replacement net. We're grateful for their support！
