I received the chairs. They are smaller that I originally had thought. But comfy enough. I ordered 2 chairs. I was only able to put 1 together. There are two pieces of hardware a bolt that screws into another piece, well that other piece did not have threads on the inside so they would not screw together. Do to this one of the legs is not secure and moves and is incredibly unsafe to sit it. Its practically useless. I reached out to the seller to get replacement hardware.
I was not impressed with s support. They offered me 5.00 refund to purchase that hardware myself. Did not provide any specifications for the hardware. I told them that wasnt going to work for us. Due to extreme caution during COVID we do not leave out home to ensure my daughters safety. She was 2 months premature and only 2lbs 7oz.
I used to work at a hardware store there are many specifications for hardware its almost impossible to match hardware. There are many different thread patterns, lengths, widths, metric. They responded back with 10.00 discount and still would not just send me replacement hardware. I have no idea why this seller thinks its so hard to send replacement hardware.
I will likely be returning the entire order due to the poor support responses. Which will be an extreme inconvenience and I will have to have someone in my family take them back to the post office. But Id rather do that than support a company that refuses to right a wrong.
Chair is just as pictured including the color. The green is absolutely beautiful. I was afraid the seat would be a little small for me.Im not petite in any way. It is quite narrow and shallow but I plan to keep it. The sturdiness is very evident and the higher weight limit is what sold me on it In addition to the aesthetics. Great customer service as well.
This is a great chair. Very easy to put together, love the design for that reason as much as any. It looks beautiful. Its a bit hard/firm, but pretty supportive and comfortable.
Was a little tough to assemble due to a small pthat was pushed into the leg too far, blocking the bolt. Customer support assured me this piece was meant to keep that section open before the chair base was inserted, and it was safe to remove. Assembly was fine, with no problem after that.
It looks great in my office, and is nice and comfortable. Im 55 / 135lb, and typically sit with 1 leg tucked up under me. Someone taller or with wider hips/thighs may not fit. Height is not adjustable but its perfect for me.
I bought these as chairs for my office for clients. Theyre perfect! My old chairs were too short, but these are a perfect height for my desk. They are comfortable and they swivel which people seem to like. I love them!!

The item was easy to assemble by one person. Color of the cushion is exactly as in the description of the item.
