The support is crap. Order from another seller if you can help it
I received the chairs. They are smaller that I originally had thought. But comfy enough. I ordered 2 chairs. I was only able to put 1 together. There are two pieces of hardware a bolt that screws into another piece, well that other piece did not have threads on the inside so they would not screw together. Do to this one of the legs is not secure and moves and is incredibly unsafe to sit it. Its practically useless. I reached out to the seller to get replacement hardware.
I was not impressed with s support. They offered me 5.00 refund to purchase that hardware myself. Did not provide any specifications for the hardware. I told them that wasnt going to work for us. Due to extreme caution during COVID we do not leave out home to ensure my daughters safety. She was 2 months premature and only 2lbs 7oz.
I used to work at a hardware store there are many specifications for hardware its almost impossible to match hardware. There are many different thread patterns, lengths, widths, metric. They responded back with 10.00 discount and still would not just send me replacement hardware. I have no idea why this seller thinks its so hard to send replacement hardware.
I will likely be returning the entire order due to the poor support responses. Which will be an extreme inconvenience and I will have to have someone in my family take them back to the post office. But Id rather do that than support a company that refuses to right a wrong.
