I was so impressed with the customer service of this company. Through no fault of their own, the box the chair came shipped in received some significant damage, so the chair ended up having a drag mark and tear in the upholstery. They were so quick to resolve the problem and send me a replacement chair, which arrived with no damage.
As for the chair itself: I needed an office chair without wheels, since it is on carpet. Im really pleased at the comfort and quality. Due to some back pain, I needed a chair that sat more upright. No complaints as to the quality, feel, style.
This chair was super easy to put together and its adorable for my home office. My only issue is after having it for a month it still wreaks of chemicals. So much so it gives me a headache.

This was not the case with many years ago but anyone is now selling at so its more and more popular to find innacurate product descriptions or images. So, Im glad this product stayed true and I would trust this seller. It is easy to assemble but the instructions are useless. worse than ikea. hard to believe huh well, overall, its pretty easy to assemble anyway. first I got 1 chair, loved it and then went on to get me another. highly recommended as it gives great back support to use as an office chair.
Very attractive and sturdy. Not very comfortable, itll do for a home office used infrequently, but probably not a good choice for an 8 hour/day office chair. Its not very cushioned. I also wouldnt recommend for anyone who is larger than average size. Im pretty average and my hips are pretty close to touching both sides.
Good looking. Light weight. Easy to ensemble. Comfy! I like a lot! Recommend to buy a nice faux fur blanked to accompany this chair during winter. It is lighter than it looks so it is easy to move it around for people like me with tiny hand.
I am using it as a desk chair as I teach online four hrs a day! My son bought one for his NY city apartment and when he showed it to me via FaceTime I knew I had to get it for me! You definitely cannot be too heavy as it is a small seated chair!

I think this chair best suited for situations where it is not needed all day. While this chair fits me well (more so then the large executive style chair that I had taken from another room in my house) it is not padded for use as a full time use office chair. If this is a chair that youd be sitting in for an hour or so a day, its good. But not as comfortable all day every day. Ive added a memory foam padded seat because its needed for 7/8 hour a day use.
