Through no fault of their own, the box the chair came shipped in received some significant damage, so the chair ended up having a drag mark and tear in the upholstery. They were so quick to resolve the problem and send me a replacement chair, which arrived with no damage.
As for the chair itself: I needed an office chair without wheels, since it is on carpet. Im really pleased at the comfort and quality. Due to some back pain, I needed a chair that sat more upright. No complaints as to the quality, feel, style.
