In the photos, the bed appears to be perfect for a college student. However, notice that the upper railing encircles the upper bed. This means you have to crawl over that railing every time you want to get in or out of the bed / not that easy. Also, the ladder kills your feet if you are in socks as it is composed of small bars.
Arrived with all parts, but no directions. Pulled up manufacturer website, called customer service, parts department. Had directions emailed to me immediately! Perfect customer service. Very solid frame. Decent size . Great value for the price.
Put this up the same day it was delivered. I recommend just reading the directions and setting in areas of the room the different parts. Took about 35min to assemble. Wondering where I can get some extra screws as some stripped on the head? Would like to be able to use this again when we move of course. Also should just say the twin mattress width recommended should also be listed as the one we had is too thick, but luckily a new one is needed. If I remember to update this after we get a mattress that fits, will provide more info.
Space saving wise it was perfect for what we needed. Seems a bit wobbly, I was surprised there were no wall brackets included to secure it better. Its also pretty squeaky for a wood bed.
Overall, this bed is aming and everything we had wanted for our daughters room. The only things I would change is to have more choice in where to attach the ladder, and to make the rungs bigger, as they tend to hurt feet that arent in shoes while climbing up. Otherwise, its an aming bed and were extremely happy with it!

I dont really like that its not very stable, its safe but shakes to much. On the other hand, it has lots of storage and great for kids.

Looks good but is wobbly, needs tightened constantly and was a two man job to assemble.
