I recently purchased a Tub Filler Freestanding Bathtub Faucet Oil Rubbed Bronze Floor Mount. The product was very well packaged and arrived sooner than expected in perfect condition. We did have a problem during installation. We over tightened one of the braided supply hoses and cracked it. Customer support was great and quickly processed our order for another set of supply hoses.
Order arrived quickly and was well packaged. Faucet has a nice, heavy, well made feel. The oil-rubbed bronze is beautiful and will match our bath remodel perfectly. Still in the process of installation so havent put it thru its paces yet. Had a small issue with 1 supply hose but customer service was great and took care of it promptly. Would recommend.
I don't usually post reviews, but I had to for this faucet. Our plumber just installed it today. He said that he has installed faucets that cost thousands of dollars and this faucet beats them all. It is heavy and sturdy and well made. He was shocked when I told him how much it cost. Definitely recommend!!
Great faucet, great customer service. They Respond very quickly to an questions you might have. The fact that they can send you custom length hoses is fantastic. Have no regrets in buying the product.
Faucet is good quality, the packaging prevented the black finish from getting scuffed up. Customer service is friendly and quick if you need alternative sized hoses. Will update when install is complete.
