I love it. Great quality heavy and sturdy unlike a lot of cheap wood products that are being sold. It puts out a good amount of heat. There are separate switches one for heat and one for the fire display.
Product is ok, but customer service does not work at all. We got a broken piece in the package and contacted Customer service when we spot it. We followed instruction and requested factory to send replacement, but nothing was sent back to us. Should I return whole thing back?
Edit: It was the outlet not the fireplace, still continues to work. Also when calling they were super responsive and helpful. Changing to 5 stars!!!
Really hoped it would last longer than a week. I plugged it in and left it running for many 25 minutes and then boom. Totally out. No LED option either. Ill call this number and go through the pain of hopefully getting a new one but this is pretty disappointing.
Bought from warehouse, open box.
Lying in my driveway, carton was broken open. I was upset ! Carried it in house. Nothing was broken, or damaged. I spent all day putting together. What a BEAUTIFUL piece of furniture. Extremely Happy !!! Thank You Warehouse Employees !!! Jack M.
