We were skeptical about ordering on-line. We wanted to touch them. Sit on them and make sure they were what we wanted. Not finding anything local we decided to try these stools. They were in stock and delivered with no blemishes. In other words perfect. We will recommend and have, to all our friends and family. We say go for it.
We ordered set of 2 barstools for our kitchen island and could not be more impressed with the quality and comfort! It is clear they are made well & they are the perfect addition to our home. The swivel is smooth & the material is just beautiful.
We made the e right choice. They are very comfortable and sturdy. They do swivel but it's a tight swivel. I would have liked more swivel so I may have chosen the other variation but am very pleased with my purchase and their customer service.
Customer service was excellent. Unfortunately for me, the seat wasn't deep enough and I felt like I was falling forward out of the chair after a while. Chair came fully assembled in a huge box. Well packaged as well. This is one of those items you have to try before you buy to see if it will suit your needs. Unfortunately it didn’t match my needs.
I really like these chairs. They are comfortable, but very firm. I was expecting them to be softer after reading other reviews. These stools do swivel, but it takes effort, and they do not remain in the swiveled direction, but rotate back instead. They are sturdy, but lightweight and easy to move. That is a great feature that my 89 year old dad really loves. He can easily slide the stool away from the counter to sit down. I like that they are sturdy enough to support him and will not topple easily. I bough the blue and I really like the color. I am pleased with the look, sturdiness and comfort of these stools and I do recommend.
After the amount of money I spent and the time I had to wait for the chairs, not all of the parts to assemble the chairs came with the packaging. Now I need to spend even more money!
I just received the chairs, they are nice. I wish I could have sat on the chair before I purchased them because I would have known what kind of back support I would have, overall they are decent for the price.

Right choice

Measure the height of your counter before ordering.
Counter stools were a little low for my counter. They are made very well. Excellent quality. I guess I'll buy some chair risers to make them taller.
Have a bit slippery
The only thing is the chairs slide a bit on the floor, I'll have to buy some kind of covers for the bottom of legs to keep from sliding

I love the button trim on the chairs. I purchases the creamy white color. They really look luxurious. My kitchen looks like its been upgraded.
Missing Parts
After the amount of money I spent and the time I had to wait for the chairs, not all of the parts to assemble the chairs came with the packaging. Now I need to spend even more money!
Back support!
I just received the chairs, they are nice. I wish I could have sat on the chair before I purchased them because I would have known what kind of back support I would have, overall they are decent for the price.
