Rating for the chairs alone is a four, only because items were not fully assembled. Four legs and four crossbars had to be assembled and connected to chair. It was moderately hard but mostly time-consuming. The stools were well packed and secure with all parts inside.
Having to assemble and step bar not going in correctly on one of the chairs. Sturdiness and durability might not be good due to defect. Or than that chairs are beautiful.
Horizontal supports between the bar stool legs are not holding. Screws keep falling out. Less than a year later and these have not held together or held up. Very disappointed in the purchase and wish that was not the case. Chairs look nice but do not hold up. Not sure if the wood is too soft or what.
It's hard to make a furniture on line; however, the folks at this store have some great products that really look and feel wonderful. These barstools, in particular, looked great when I had gone through and painstakingly attempted to determine color and look.

My husband and I got these to go around our new island. We love these chairs but they do seem shorter than noted in the description. I don't mind because I sit with my legs crossed so it gives me extra space for my knees. We do really like these chairs.
I ordered these chairs few weeks ago. The chairs were comfortable and pretty but the color didn’t work out for me. The seller was nice enough to send me a return label and issued the refund. I will be ordering the same chairs in different color.
These bar stools are beautiful and very comfortable. The only reason I'm not giving a five star is the legs on these chairs are discolored and somewhat not even. You can't see it unless you turn the chair upside down. The button on the back are well made and truly beautiful. Value for your money!

Handsome, comfortable and easy to assemble
Nothing to dislike. These stools are comfortable and good looking.

Looks good but poor design

A little shorter

Perfect height counter stools. Aesthetically very pleasing and sturdy. Does have great cushion and back support. Great customer support by the seller.
