The sofa is great but arrived with a hole in the covering of the underside of the sofa unable to contact to resolve at this time but feel sure they will make it right i am enjoying it

I purposefully didnt review these gorgeous couches until wed had them for a year because when I considered buying them, I couldnt find any reviews that told me whether or not they held up. They do hold up. The leather does scratch easily, but its supposed to have that worn, comfortable, soft leather style. If you shampoo and condition it often enough, the marks become less and less visible. As far as the buttons, stitching, and frame go, everything feels very quality and have lasted this first year without any wear. Theyre incredibly comfortable and they are the first thing people compliment us on every time they come into our home. Excellent value for what I paid
Wasnt sure what to expect but upon receiving them, I couldnt be more HAPPIER with my purchase!!! Cozy enough for a good afternoon cuddle but chic enough that all my guests comment on how cute this piece is. What a surprise
Love, LOVE, L/O/V/E this couch!!! Firm and solid/feeling (but not too hard) cushions, feels sturdy. Just an overall great place to curl up and read a book. Bonus, at 5 6 I am also able to lie down and watch TV or nap on it as well.
A slight whiff of a new furniture odor for the first day or so, but nothing afterwards. Minor issue with delivery as it was boxed and the box was too large for the staircase and doorway. I ended up slicing it out of the box for the moving crew (it seemed they did not want to risk liability for any potential damage), but afterward they hauled it upstairs to my room of choice / the option I paid for on purchasing.
You may want to be ready to unbox it yourself, but that should not deter you from buying this well/made and reasonably priced (at least the Pepper color was) piece of furniture. it looks very nice.
This chair does not disappoint. This is by far my favorite chair I have ever bought. Super sturdy, quality materials, super soft. True to the color pictured (navy for me). Well built and sturdy
I have been watching this couch for months! If you are on the fence, I would purchase it! We bought the dark grey, and I love the style. It gives my living room the exact look I was hoping to achieve, formal comfy elegance. Good value to price ratio.
The fabric seems to be tough but soft. This the second and couch we have bought. Be wary as the love seat has no center post underneath as the larger couches do. Looks atmospheric
I LOVE the look of this chair, but it is also comfortable enough for me to sit and read, or curl up and rest. I get so many compliments on it! Stylish yet affordable
