This review is for this vendors customer service. They were excellent in helping me solve the problem. I originally ordered a beige color but the light grey color was shipped. It was in great condition but just, unfortunately, didnt match the decor in my bedroom. However, the team was able to quickly ship out the correct product and actually did not ask me to ship the original back (given the difficulties with shipping these days and it being such a large product).

Its a good couch for the money cushions are somewhat uneven on the top but I just have a blanket over it. After a while of sitting on it it gets hard and hurts but I also think thats because of my bone problems . Wish is was more comfy very reasonably priced as well.
In my opinion, this loveseat couch is worth the money. Perfect for small apartments. If you are looking for comfort, this is NOT the couch. But if you are looking for a nice looking couch this is it. I love this couch. it is very pretty.
This is not a high end, high quality furniture piece, but it doesnt claim to be. If youre looking for luxury and cozy comfort, this is not for you. However, it is just right for a small space and limited use, which is exactly what I needed. Bought this to serve as an occasional use accent piece in my master bedroom. Perfect fit for that purpose!
Assembly wasnt as simple as expected, though, as the instructions for attaching the back rests were unclear. For future buyersyou must slide the hardware together from the front, not the back.
Shipping took much longer than it should have, but its also holiday time in the era of a pandemic. Ordered 11/27, received 11/24. FedEx detoured the delivery to Chicago, their error, when it only ever needed to travel from southern California to central California.
The sellers customer service was very supportive, multiple times offering a partial refund to continue waiting or a full refund with cancellation. Both times, I opted to wait, which ultimately resulted in a net refund of almost 40 of my original payment total. I was very excited to receive!
This is a small loveseat like in the title. Be aware the back of the couch only comes up to the middle of my back when I sat in it, I am 54. My family are all over 6 tall, so not a good choice for us. It would be perfect for a small apartment or dorm room for smaller people. Love the fabric and color! Sadly cant keep it. Definitely looks nice.
