I love this bed; its larger than I expected (which is good), very well made and looks awesome in my 6 yr. old daughters bedroom. There was no damage to any of the materials and the packaging was well done to support the trip to our front door. We did not have any problems putting it together! It had plenty of hardware and even though some of the pre/made marks may not have lined up to a T, it wasnt anything we couldnt figure out ourselves. perhaps some people need to learn how to use tools! I was very excited to receive!

It seems sturdy, and fairly good quality. There was a small rip in it when it was removed from the box, nothing major that couldnt be fixed with a little super glue, less than the size of a pencil eraser. It is only getting 4 stars because the instructions it came with were not for this specific bed, so it took some extra time for assembly. Also the support boards that go under the top mattress were not all the the same length. However screwing them in to the frame helped. When we take it apart we will probably just replace those boards with ones that are the correct length. Other than that we are pleased with the product. SO happy!
overall nice quality. like the other guy said the backboard support holes are about 1.5 inches off but im not an incompetent man like he is, and drilled new holes in 3 mins and even added 2 screws on each side and it worked fine. Definitely looks nice.
Im not at all handy, and was super reluctant to assemble it myself. It came in two separate boxes. Was a little heavy for me but I managed it. I wasnt too hard to assemble but the instruction can use some updating as it was not clear nor the items very marked for better arrangement.
It looks sturdy and pretty good to me. Took me about 2.5 hours to put it together. And viola, so far so good. No problems either.
I had one little hiccup, since I paid extra for it to be delivered to the door but it was left downstairs and I had to manage to bring it to my floor. As soon as I contacted the vendor within 24hr they refunded my shipping and handling fees and were super polite and I was a satisfied customer. Its pretty though!
The bed itself is great but the drawers for the under portion are very thin and not sturdy at all and no tracking to slide them into, they are free to roll. The center board was missing from the kit so I had to use something I had at home and cut and adjust it to fit. It actually have the bed more stability, I suspect what should have come with it. It will be a good bed for a few years based on lack of sturdiness. Decor wise it cant be beat, very nice looking and decent material used for the sides and backing. Much better than expected
If you plan to use this on a average basis, I would look for a different one. The wood is very cheap, we had it just over a year before multiple wood pieces were broken and it could no longer be used. After delivery it was over 400 to have a bed for just a year. Its a beautiful bed that was easy to put together but definitely not sturdy enough for regular wear and tear. Very pretty.
Im happy! The mattress twin size fitted perfectly, my friend helped me assemble and it took something about 3 hours, nothing was broken and was delivered very fast. Perfect in every way.
The front rail broke with my 70lb daughter sitting on it. I had it for 4 months. They were out of replacement parts so they offered me a full refund but the customer service was great. Im a bit disappointed.
