Very easy to build / just follow the instructions. Took about 2 hours, between me and my friend, with breaks to do laundry and work. So definitely not difficult to put together. Everything was there, all was in perfect condition, no scratches whatsoever. We did have to drill holes for the wheels by the pull/out bed, but were not incompetent females / its fairly easy. The bed looks beautiful, and fits perfectly with the room. It adds a very clean look, and Im really happy with it! This product was exactly what I was hoping for

Directions were a little vauge but common sense helped me figure it out, all in all it was easy to put together! all the pieces were there! It took about two hours to put together with just myself I would definitely buy again! Absolutely awesome product!!
