Simple and does the job. We are very happy with our swing. Customer service was very good, we changed our minds about the color we chose and they were very accommodating. It arrived on time and packed very well. The directions were very clear and easy to follow.
Worth it! She loves it. We love this swing. We have this swing hanging from a huge pecan tree and enjoy spending the evenings in our swing. The quality is great and it is a beautiful swing. It was easy for my husband to assemble.
I do wish the cup holders were a bit deeper. They work well with cans, but water bottles can fall.

Swing seat is very uncomfortable. The rope is too narrow in diameter. Not bad.
