The main problem I had is that the ropes arent very long. I used the straps as an extender to reach higher.
The boards have started to come off the bottom peice of wood but its all held together with the rope so its fine. Bless your hearts.
The wood swing is on the small side. Not for adults. The reason for the 4 stars is the straps for the tree branch are not nearly big enough for an average tree branch. Well worth the purchase.
They are of good quality but the tree saver straps are too short. We had to add extra rope to get them around the tree limbs big enough to support the kids weight. Ok ok
I returned the swing for the sole reason that I didnt like the color which was greenish and didt go well with my other wooden swings and patio furniture. Other than that the swing was solid. It requires some wood varnish to be used outdoors. Beautiful!!
Fits great under my deck installation was easy had it up and swinging in an hour. Feels sturdy and strong cedar stain looks beautiful. Came with cup holders that wont fit but I am going to attach them to the post so they will still be useful. Should buy.
I would add photos but I dont feel like walking out to look at it. I gave it 4 stars for two reasons. They did not stain the wood 100 there are spots on the arm rest and other little spots where you can see the actual color of the wood. So now I have to buy stain. Which is not cheap in order to cover up these spots. The other problem is the cup holders they are extremely shallow they are good idea but they didnt put a lot of effort into making them deep enough so things do not fall over. Otherwise the swing is sturdy, and how it was described online. Perfect and Sturdy.
I would give it a five if the chains are 2 feet longer. Have to go to Home Depot to buy two more longer chains and cannot find the matching gold color chains. Overall the swing are beautifully made. Perfect.

Unfortunately one of the screws on the bench broke. So far Ive failed to get the screw out and the wood slat is being held with a wood clamp. Another project! It feels great.
I love the swing, I was able to assemble it pretty quickly and easily. However upon opening the box there was a large crack in the wood that looks like it occurred during the assembly Done by the company. Pretty disappointed that it was still shipped out with such an obvious defect.

kids love it
Grandchildren love it. It does slide around on the tree branch which is a little aggravating. I like it.

Functioning untreated wood swing / greenish color
I returned the swing for the sole reason that I didnt like the color which was greenish and didt go well with my other wooden swings and patio furniture. Other than that the swing was solid. It requires some wood varnish to be used outdoors. Beautiful!!
